- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless.
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
- 5 slices fresh mozzarella cheese.
- Basil and balsamic vinegar to garnish.
- 1 cup basil leaves, chopped.
- 2 pound cherry tomatoes.
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 garlic cloves diced.
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
- 8 oz. can tomato paste.
- Combine tomato paste, basil, tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and salt and pepper in a small bowl (to taste).
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brush the marinade on both sides.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 360 degrees, depending on the thickness of the chicken, in the air fryer basket. Halfway through the cooking time, turn the pan.
