Air Fried Garlic Panko Chicken Breast
- Servings: 4
- Calories: 280 kcal
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs.
- 1 teaspoon powdered garlic.
- 2 teaspoons salt
- A half teaspoon of black pepper.
- Two eggs.
- 3 tablespoons melted butter.
- 4 breasts of chicken.
- Flatten and tenderize the chicken breasts.
- In a mixing dish, crack the eggs and whisk them together.
- On a dish, combine panko crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Chicken should be dipped in egg and thoroughly covered in panko mixture.
- One by one, dredge the chicken breasts first in flour mixture, then egg, and lastly panko. Then, place each piece of fried goodness on a prepared baking sheet for another dish to enjoy!
- In the air fryer basket, place the chicken breasts. (To keep the chicken from sticking, we placed parchment paper in the air fryer.)
- Cook for 10 minutes at 360°F. If the internal temperature of the chicken is less than 180°F, turn the chicken and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
